Cooking side by side with Chef Brian, you’ll be guided step by step through kneading and stretching the dough, adding sauce and toppings, and mastering the secret to a crisp, bubbly crust. Together, you’ll make a classic New York–style pizza with tomato and mozzarella, then customize your own creation with a variety of toppings. Along the way, you’ll also discover the fascinating history of pizza, from its early beginnings to its many variations.
